We have a standard battery of tests to eliminate false flags and correctly identify the right component to replace or get you on your way if a configuration change can resolve the issue. Advanced Replacement
Advanced Replacement means less down time, less hassle, and a better experience for you, for your technicians, and importantly, your clients. If a part is confirmed failed or even registers a predictive failure, we will ship you a replacement part in advance. This means no waiting for us to receive the defective part before you get back in service.
Extended terms or after-service support
Our warranty options include up to 5 years of coverage with both standard and priority replacement services to get you parts on hand as quickly as next business day. For servers that have gone past their standard service period, we can even provide part maintenance support plans to eliminate the cost and frustration looking for older and harder to find components.
